Limited access to Central Park | Sat June 20

Central Park is the staging area for the Summer Music Parade on Saturday, June 20.

Due to anticipated severe park and laneway congestion, we strongly recommend that you delay your visit to Central Branch until after 11am.

  • NO access entering/exiting the park via Drury Lane from about 8am to 11am.
  • DELAYED or LIMITED access entering/exiting the park via New Street/Teen Tour Way from about 8am to 11am.
  • Parade volunteers and security personnel will be on hand to direct traffic—but expect long line-ups.
  • Pedestrians and bicyclists have access to and from Central Branch throughout the morning.

Parking will be severely limited on Saturday until around 11am.

  • Library visitors may park in the south lot by the Curling Club (enter via New Street & Seneca Ave/Teen Tour Way).
