From Monday, June 8, to Sunday, June 21, you have an opportunity to share your thoughts and make a real difference by taking our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
“More than 4,600 Burlington residents took the time to share their experiences and ideas in last year’s survey, and their feedback has helped shape our collections, services, and programs,” says BPL chief executive officer Lita Barrie. “When we hear directly from you, we can focus on what matters most to the people we’re here to serve.”
The survey is quick and easy, with just two short sections: Demographics and Library Services.
