Register online - links below! Registration opens Sun May 2 at noon, and closes one week before day of program. BPL staff will email ZOOM login information and kit pick-up instructions. Registrants may pick up their hands-on activity kit at Central branch one week before. Geared to ages 4 to 12. We recommend adult assistance for kids ages 4-6. Good Clean Fun | Tue May 18, 4-5pm
Fun with soap and water? You’ll be astonished when you investigate surface tension; explore the chemistry behind bath bombs; and make your own to use at home. It’ll be an explosion of chemical fun!
Colour My World | Tue May 25, 4-5pm
Colour is everywhere! Withour it our world would be a very dull place. Use colour to watch water defy gravity, explore rainbows and create a sun catcher. Use chemistry to create new colours. Curious? Register now and explore some colourful science!
