Ready, Set, School

Starting Kindergarten is an exciting milestone for preschoolers—and their adults, too. To help your little learner make the transition into the classroom with confidence, our Children's staff have created a variety of informative booklists and learning-based resources and activities for you and your child to explore at home together in the days, weeks, and months leading up to The Big Day.

The topics cover a range of school readiness skills, such as social-emotional skills, fine motor and writing skills, vocabulary and language skills, reading skills, numeracy skills, thinking skills, and the exploration of science and building through play. Ready... set... school!
