Download a Library Volunteer Application form (PDF) or pick up one at any library location. Please return your completed application form to the Main Level Registration Desk at Central Library, to the Circulation Desk at any of our branch locations, or to the Central Library Administration Office, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
