Strategic Plan and Annual Community Report

In Touch with Our Community / Strategic Plan 2007-2011
This latest plan speaks to the Library’s commitment to be in touch with our customers, our changing community and emerging trend in library service. In Touch with Our Community (rev. July 2008, 17p, 93KB ) provides the Library with clear objectives and strategies for moving forward with this focus. It builds on the investment the community has made in its library system and positions the Library to continue to be responsive and in touch with the changing Burlington community.

In Touch In Action / Community Report 2008
Take a look at the Library's key accomplishments in 2008 and read about our priorities for 2009. A print version of this document was distributed in the spring 2009 edition of City Talk published by the City of Burlington.
